The employees working here are amicable and nice. The place is not far from the city centre, supermarkets, and the communal areas. Not to mention that it is located to Alton Towers.
The bathroom here is poor.

The setting was incredible and marvellous. There were plenty of shopping malls and supermarkets, in addition to pub and a restaurant.
Our place was located in really noisy neighbourhood.

Overall experience was fantastic! Marvellous location right by supermarkets, town center and the city centre for shopping and meals, and the room was new-fashioned.

We stayed at a place close to the town centre which was convenient for us as we wanted to explore the city. There were also supermarkets nearby for our convenience. the room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. the staff we spoke to on the phone were helpful and kind.
The shower was very slow and the shower head didn't work properly.
